2 Corinthians 1:12
Now this is our boast: Our conscience testifies that we have conducted ourselves in the world, and especially in our relations with you, with integrity and godly sincerity. We have done so, relying not on worldly wisdom but on God’s grace.
When I use the word sincerity, I think of honesty and transparency. A person’s motives and their inspiration is clear when they are sincere; we know what we are getting and where it comes from. The same should especially apply to Christians. The motive and the aim should be Godly and easily recognized as such. When we live our lives with sincerity, hoping and praying to be following God’s will, that is a good thing.
God above, today I pray that I may be sincere in my dealings with others. May those I see today know that I get all of my strength from you. May your light shine from me, and all the glory be yours. Amen

2 Corinthians 1:12
We are again reminded that worldly wisdom” is not the true source of what is good and true, that only comes from God. I am always uncomfortable in the awkward situation where someone is obviously disingenuous or patronizing. I hope I never come across this way.
Dear Lord, help me to always be sincere, a sincerity that is from my heart and fueled by you. Amen.

As I learn about his faithfulness to me, I pray I can share with others that God will be faithful to them well. Our church is made up of many different individuals who have placed their faith in Jesus. We…
2 Corinthians 1:12
Paul is very clear as to the source of godly sincerity. “Worldly wisdom,” while it may begin as well-intentioned, will inevitably break down due to pride, greed or any of the other foibles that started our troubles in the garden. Keeping my focus on God’s grace rather than any “wisdom” I may perceive I have and certainly the often twisted “wisdom” of the secular world, is the best pathway to living a life of integrity. There can be no greater reward in life than to hear the voice of God say, “Well done, my good and faithful servant” as it ends.
Prayer - God of integrity, guide me to live by Your precepts, showing true and godly…
